Dubai’s public parking network just got an upgrade with the introduction of a new 24/7 paid parking zone in Al Khail Gate. Operated by Parkin, the emirate’s dedicated parking management company, the newly designated Zone 365N was officially launched on July 7, bringing around-the-clock, regulated parking to the residential community.
Flat Daily Rate for Zone 365N
Zone 365N offers a flat daily rate of Dh30, making it an ideal choice for those requiring long-term or overnight parking. The tariff applies seven days a week, including Sundays, and is enforced 24 hours a day.
This move is part of Parkin’s wider initiative to expand managed parking across Dubai’s growing neighbourhoods, offering residents better accessibility while controlling congestion.
Parking Rates Breakdown
Depending on the time of day, parking rates vary between peak and off-peak hours, but the maximum daily cap remains at Dh 30.
Peak Hours Tariff:
- 1 hour: Dh4
- 4 hours: Dh14
- 8 hours: Dh22
- 24 hours: Dh30

Parkin’s Expansion Plans
The new zone follows recent updates from Parkin, including new paid parking areas in Mirdif (Zones 251C and 251D), as well as variable tariff systems now in place in Al Karama, Al Qusais, and Al Kifaf.
To ease the burden for regular users, subscription plans have also been introduced for several zones:
- Dubai Hills: From Dh500/month
- Silicon Oasis: From Dh1,000 for 3 months
- Wasl Real Estate Communities (Zones W and WP): From Dh 300/month
These subscriptions are designed to provide cost-effective and convenient parking for residents and commuters in high-demand areas.
