You can now contribute as little as Dh1 and become a part of the region’s biggest food distribution drive this Ramadan.

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai has officially launched a campaign to donate food to the poor and hungry in 50 countries across the globe.

The initiative – announced last month – will run till the target is achieved.

In a tweet, the Dubai Ruler dubbed the drive “one billion noble messages from the UAE to the world”.
“Ramadan is the month of fasting where we feel the agony of 800 million people who sleep hungry every day,” Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid tweeted.

“A person who sleeps with a full stomach while his neighbour is hungry is not a believer.” This is the motto of the campaign.

Under the campaign, food parcels will be offered to the vulnerable communities and the disadvantaged.
It is being organised by Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives (MBRGI). The drive is an extension of the UAE’s ‘100 Million Meals’ launched during Ramadan in 2021.

The campaign provided food parcels and instant smart vouchers to millions of people across four continents.
This is how you can extend a donation:
