Dubai Police have released footage of a motorist dangerously speeding down the hard shoulder to bypass a traffic jam, putting both his life and the safety of others at serious risk. The driver, identified as an Asian national, was arrested and handed a Dh50,000 fine, with his vehicle also impounded. Police used the footage to highlight the dangers of reckless driving and reinforce the importance of obeying traffic laws.
