National Ambulance, operating under the National Guard Command, has announced heightened readiness for the Eid Al Adha holidays, ensuring swift response to emergencies and enhanced public safety across Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, and Fujairah.
As part of its proactive strategy, the organisation is increasing the deployment of ambulance teams, vehicles, and equipment, while scaling up staffing at communication centres to manage the expected surge in calls.
The focus will be on high-traffic public areas such as mosques, abattoirs, beaches, parks, malls, and tourist spots, where crowds are expected to gather during the celebrations.
The public is urged to drive safely, supervise children closely, and avoid risky activities such as unsupervised fireworks or swimming. In the event of a medical emergency, residents are reminded to call 998 immediately.
Delivering 24/7 emergency services across the northern emirates, National Ambulance reaffirms its commitment to rapid response and world-class pre-hospital care during one of the busiest periods of the year.
